太極長跑
不希望說得太玄。
但是,昨天練跑時,我又把太極的東西加進去了。
說「又」,因為之前也試過。
每次呼氣時,想像把丹田向前推出,
然後,奇妙事情就開始發生(對不起,說得像主題公園廣告) :
不管手足多累,都總自動自覺配合,把身體驅動向前。
效果遠勝一味想著「要抬起腿」、「要蹬腳」、「要擺手」,
與其逐一部分吃力協調,不如將心意聚焦,身體自自然追隨。
就是這般簡單。
